Program Book Ad Order Form

The 2018 Churchwide Gathering of Presbyterian Women will include many opportunities for celebration. Here’s one way to kick off the celebrations early—reserve a space in the program book for a personal ad honoring, applauding or thanking a mentor, sister or PW group!

Three sizes are available

• Full page (5” x 8”)—$250
• Half page (4” x 5”)—$175
• Quarter page (2.5” x 2”)—$100

Using the form linked below, reserve your ad by April 10, 2018 if you would like design assistance with the ad; by May 1, 2018 if you will electronically submit your designed ad.
