PW in the Presbytery Remittance form (PDF)

PW in the Presbytery treasurers, use this form to send gifts from congregations in your presbytery to Presbyterian Women Churchwide. Use this form to summarize the giving to the Annual Fund (previously known as the Mission Pledge), Birthday Offering, Thank Offering, Honorary Life Memberships, Memorial and Recognition Gifts, Fellowship of the Least Coin and PW mission.

Quarterly remittances and summaries should be mailed in time to reach the PW in the PC(USA) treasurer no later than March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15. They may be mailed earlier, if possible.
